The central goal of CERTs is to help community members get clean energy projects on the ground in Minnesota. Use this area of the site as a resource to learn about current projects in Minnesota and things you can do in your own community. We also provide funding resources and the opportunity for you to donate directly to projects across the state.

CERTs-Supported Projects

CERTs awards mini-grants to energy efficiency and clean energy projects. We awarded grants in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010 at about $5,000 each.
